Your Legislative & Regulatory Agency

MTSA is your link to our legislative and regulatory leaders and works hard to maintain a positive and productive relationship with them. Association staff is constantly watching for any issues, state or federal, which could have a negative impact on our members.

You can have a voice in forming the legislative goals for the Association through your active participation in the MTSA Legislative Policy Committee. The group meets during the legislative session and is open to all MTSA members wishing to get involved.

Your Source for Educational Programs

MTSA offers a wide variety of educational programs for our members and their employees – from safety and maintenance issues to employment and tax issues. We’re open to morning, afternoon or evening sessions in an effort to accommodate all schedules, and we always welcome format or topic suggestions – chances are if you need it, another company does too.

You can also become part of the MTSA Education Committee. The group meets twice yearly to discuss current topics of interest, new speaker potential and formulate a seminar schedule.

The people within your company responsible for the safety and maintenance areas can become active participants in the MTSA Safety and Maintenance Committee meetings. Each meeting features a current topic with a knowledgeable speaker.
