FLSA Overtime Law Changes -- What You Need To Be Aware Of and Do
Are you aware of the new Department of Labor (DOL) FLSA overtime rule change? The DOL has been cracking down on wage violations and this is expected to increase drastically with the changes with the FSLA overtime law.
Now is the time to make sure your company has the apporopriate resources & tools in place. You don't want to revisit this in November and try to address at the last minute. Companies will need to be compliant by 12/1/2016.
